My favorite TV show

The Expanse

Oh, hoho! This is not your father's sci-fi show like OG Star Trek or exciting yet predictable ones like Star Wars. This show has characters with so many grey areas - there is no clear good vs. evil. Everyone is doing everything with best intentions and based on most accurate, up-to-date information at the time. Well, maybe not everyone, but most are. The conflicts between Martians (people born and living on Mars), Earthers (obvious), and Belters (people born and living on space stations or asteroid), somewhat reminded me of the OG conflict in Gundam series. In addition to that, a lot of science in the series is pretty grounded. They consider severe G's you will encounter when traveling at high speed. And what low gravity does to your bone density, etc. Just spectacular.

I don't know if I would call it a TV show, but it has episodes - which are self-contained. I love different animation techniques shown and short but entertaining story lines.

Charlie Booker took what could be possible in the future with technologies, and put a sick, dark twist on it.

Hands-down, the best ever TV series that I know of and have seen. The story, surprises, technical accuracies, cinematography. All of it. The best. If you haven't seen it, you don't know what you are missing.
